This lovely Quercy stone house is situated in pretty country-side near to Montcuq, a beautiful, mediaeval Bastide town.
The main entrance to the house leads in to a hall and door to bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The beamed living room with TV has a magnificent stone fire-place with wood stove and comfortable seating. The large kitchen is well equipped with a big table seating 6, a gas hob and oven, a dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a ‘fridge. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms. The first bedroom, on the mezzanine, has a double ( twin) bed, and the other bedroom has 2 beds with room to place a extra bed or babybed. Air conditioning on the first floor.
The ‘bolet’, or covered terrace, overlooks a walled courtyard and a large Quercy barn. It is the perfect place to enjoy a lazy breakfast in the early morning sun or a shady meal later in the day.Together with the other guests you can use the swimming pool, but 5-minute drive away there is also a large swimming lake with a sandy beach, play area and BBQ's.
